We would like to welcome two new Councillors, who joined the Parish Council last month - Councillors Mr Tim Cox and Mr Neil Matlock.
HELPING UKRAINE
Many thanks to the residents that donated new unopened first aid kits (non prescription). One of our Councillors, Dr Sharif Haider, has gone to the Ukraine Border with five ambulances full of medical supplies.

It is with great sadness to announce the death of Mavis Mason, former Mayor of Charnwood, Borough Councillor and Parish Councillor. Mavis served on Sileby Parish Council from 1987 until 1995; she passed away on 8 March after a short illness.
Mavis was a local businesswoman, she owned and ran the fish shop (fish and chips in the evenings) in King Street for over 20 years, up to 1983. Overall, she was... Read More »
